Hi, I’m so happy you’re here 🤍
If the idea of going to the gym feels intimidating, you’re not really sure where to start, or you feel stuck in your progress — you’re in exactly the right place!
I’m a Personal Trainer who helps women find the courage to train, develop themselves both physically and mentally, and build a strong, healthy body from their own starting point.
Who is my coaching for?
My coaching is for you if you:
- are a beginner or the gym still feels like an intimidating place
- want to tone up and build muscle and strength
- need clarity on what to do and how to do it
- want to feel good and look like it too
- want to improve without pressure, extremes, or constant “performing”
- feel stuck in your progress and want to take your training to the next level
What matters most to me is that you feel good — and that’s exactly why I do this!
What kind of coach am I?
My strengths are relatability, authenticity, and creating a safe atmosphere.
As a coach, I am:
- humorous and down-to-earth
- encouraging but firm
- understanding and genuinely present
- one person to another — without any intimidating or overly strict vibe
Many people describe training with me as being like going to the gym with a friend. The kind of friend who actually knows how to teach proper technique, plan workouts smartly, and help you move forward.
To me, training is not just about performing. It’s holistic self-development, where movement gives you energy — instead of taking it away. My goal is that you always leave a workout a little stronger than when you arrived, both physically and mentally.
My journey to becoming a Personal Trainer
The truth is, I haven’t always been athletic.
As a child, I always danced, but as a teenager I started to hate exercise. In school PE, we went to the gym, and somehow it felt like my thing. I started going to the gym at 17, on and off. At 19, I decided to start training regularly; I bought a workout program and was full of motivation — but insecurity, not knowing proper techniques or exercises, and one unpleasant experience at the gym where people laughed at me made me stop going to the gym completely.
Gym anxiety came. The desire to go back stayed.
Eventually, I decided to hire a Personal Trainer for myself. I learned the movements, gained confidence, and finally realized that the gym is not a scary place. It’s a place where everyone gets to be exactly who they are. After that, training became more regular and my confidence grew.
My journey has also included health challenges. I was diagnosed with TOS syndrome, which especially affected the function of my right arm. Surgery in 2022 and a long rehabilitation completely changed the way I train. Everything still isn’t perfect — and it doesn’t need to be. Rehabilitation is still ongoing, but so is my training.
It was through these experiences that I realized I want to help other women find their way to a better version of themselves. I want to make the gym a place where you feel confident — and through that, more confident in other areas of life too.
Strong body, strong mind.
Person to person, with strong professional expertise
I’m an Authorized Personal Trainer and gym coach. I have a long history with gym training — through both good and difficult times. My strong nutrition knowledge comes from my background as a chef. My ability to teach and guide has come naturally since childhood, and has also grown through many years of leadership work and experience. I’m used to meeting different people in different life situations — always person to person.
I also continuously develop my professional skills by studying, reading, and educating myself in the fitness and wellness field.
What can you expect from coaching?
In my coaching, you get to build the best version of yourself in every area of life.
You will feel better physically and mentally. Everyday life starts to feel lighter, you’ll have more energy, and at some point you’ll notice that grocery bags or long days no longer feel as heavy as they used to. Your confidence grows, and you start feeling more comfortable in your body and your mind.
Progress doesn’t happen overnight. The beginning can feel challenging, but once training becomes a natural part of your routine, you build a strong foundation that makes long‑term habits easier to maintain. The change won’t stay in the gym — it will show up in every part of your life. With a solid base, you’ll naturally start adopting other positive habits that support your everyday wellbeing.
I want you to understand this: you don’t need to be perfect to begin. It’s enough that you want to feel better. When you give yourself the chance, you can achieve far more than you think.
This is not a competition. This is a lifestyle. One step at a time.
